Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and you will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

General rule

RealShip is a digital membership with immediate access to content. Because of the digital nature of the Service, we do not generally provide refunds for a current billing period once access has been granted, and we do not issue pro-rated refunds automatically.

Requesting an exception

We understand that exceptional situations can happen. If you believe you qualify for an exception, email support@realship.app within 14 days of your initial subscription and include the email address on your account. If we approve an exception, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
