These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of RealShip (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What RealShip provides

RealShip is a paid educational membership. We provide structured lessons, resources, and tools designed to help you learn and execute. Any examples, templates, or guidance are provided for education and informational purposes only.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account and eligibility

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@realship.app.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, shared, or used in breach of these Terms.

Membership, billing, and cancellation

Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

RealShip is a digital service. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods or for partially used time. We may consider exceptions in limited cases, at our discretion. If you believe you qualify for an exception, email support@realship.app within 14 days of your initial subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to bypass access restrictions, scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, interfering with performance or security, or using automation in a way that degrades the experience for others.

Content and intellectual property

The Service and its content (including lessons, videos, text, designs, and branding) are owned by RealShip or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party providers (for example, payment processing and email delivery). Those providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Disclaimers

RealShip does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, market conditions, and execution.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will apply going forward. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
